SGAW CSAT Digital Safety Track 2 is a free six-module digital safety course for students in this age group. It is developed by the The Proudfoot Group and The Proudfoot Group to meet the requirements of federal and state digital safety requirements, including KOSA and COPPA 2.0, which mandate social media literacy instruction.
Module 3 covers sextortion — a topic mandated by federal and state digital safety standards. This module is designed to be direct, non-traumatizing, and empowering. It focuses on recognition, response, and resources. We recommend educators preview Module 3 before assigning it in a classroom context.
